Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for all eligible orders is $15. *Please note this excludes bulky items. Bulky items will be charged at $30, this will be calculated during checkout if your cart includes an item classified as bulky

We use AU Post for our orders so delivery times may vary based on your location. For most metro based areas the shipping time should be within 3-7 business days.  Please allow longer delivery times for rural areas.
